Job Summary:

CCS Group is looking for laborers to perform a variety of tasks relating to specialized concrete repair, protection, and construction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of physical duties related to concrete repair and coatings projects.

• Always maintain a clean job site to ensure the safety of all individuals.

• Performs specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.

• Understands ICRI and ACI repair guidelines and performs repairs accordingly.

• Willing and able to operate construction equipment as assigned.

• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, handle and install materials, operate a variety of tools, and load or unload items. 

• Completes and supports safety training through virtual, classroom-based, or computer-based platforms, including reviewing training materials, participating in remote sessions, and completing

  required documentation in a sedentary setting.

• Maintain and uphold all company safety standards.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Individual must have or be willing to obtain)

• OSHA 10 Hour Certification

• Highschool diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time!

• Prior experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.

• Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.

• Ability to work with a variety of personalities.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed to count and take inventory.

Physical Demands:

• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds.

• Must be able to work some Saturdays and at night, as the job demands.

Location: THIS JOB REQUIRES TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20-$24 per hour, plus per diem

• $1,000 sign on bonus (paid ½ at 90 days, and ½ at 180 days)
