Job Summary:
CCS Group is looking for an experienced financial controller with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategy. This individual will ensure the company’s financial health by managing budget, forecasting, and financial reporting
Responsibilities:
Oversee and takes responsibility for all financial procedures and records.
Conduct monthly audits of budget-to-actual comparisons.
Maintains & reconciles corporate checking accounts, invoices, credit cards, and PO’s.
Manage financial risk by identifying potential areas of concern, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial integrity and assets.
Responsible for the various ledgers including cash disbursements, cash receipts, accounts payable, month-end payroll summary, accounts receivable summary, and journal entries to adjust the general ledger.
Regularly evaluate alternative products, services, and processes, providing recommendations that align with the company's goals for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
Generates monthly reports including accounts payable reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation, cash flow report, and balance sheet audits.
Provides relevant financial information to the executive management team.
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Any additional duties assigned by Operations Director and CEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related
field (preferred).
Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly valued but not required.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards.
5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management or leadership role.
High level of integrity and ethics in handling sensitive financial information.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
